Complete / rewrite half done ionic app

Hi, I have created an ionic app with a custom api and I would like it to be made more robust and make it scalable. The app today is as specified an ionic framework app that serves schools a newsfeed(user generated) and time schedule(for the students). I have created a somewhat ok api(100% php, no frameworks) but it is far from what is expected for an app like this. If you are interested, I can send you more details and the project itself. You do not need to style the app, I can do that myself, I only need the functionality both app and api to be done. Also, at the moment I have integrated firebase for push notifications. This work should be easy in the way that most of it is already set up as how it is supposed to work and it has a functional prototype. Mostly I would like you to re-write any code you feel does not meet the standards for an app on this scale. (that will have 10 000+ users a day.) The main goal here is for the app to be robust. Therefore the functionality both app and api wise is what you should focus on. Since this is a hybrid app, we would like it to be functional on both Android and IOS, if you use any plugins, remember that they should work on both platforms. About the app: As mentioned above, this is an app targeting schools. The app should serve as a tailored news platform for the students across different schools. Each school should have its own "database" where only the students and teachers on that specific school can see and or post the information only regarding that school. Each school should have access to an admin area where the teachers/administrators can manage the students and update the timetable for the school/different classes. The login system should preferably let everyone login regardless what school they attend; The api should then do logic to send the user to the specific school news etc.. The username will be the user's phone-number insted of email or name. Main todo: * Registration - w/ sms validation (I already have an sms-gateway provider set up and the code ready) - Also able to upload profile picture. * Login (From multiple schools and once logged in, should push user to their school news etc) * Time schedule and admin area to customize it * Also would be preferably with a "today's food menu". (So the student can see what is for dinner that day or the next days in the week) * Admin panel website for the admins of the different schools (I can create this, but I need api calls for this as well) * RestApi * Post, edit, delete news posts and comments * User-roles (Teacher, student and our self (The people administrating this app)) * Push notifications I know this list sounds super huge and all, but I just want to describe it as detailed as possible so that your work experience is as good as it can be.
