Complete customization and design of CMS based on Perfex (Codeigniter)

We have a system running on Perfex CRM based on codeigniter, we are looking for a developer who will complete some module requirements on the system?, must be knowledgeable with codeigniter, php, MS SQL, MySQL, Java. [login to view URL] MySQL server to MS SQL (System Currently using Mysql) Project Short Definition: The application will not only allow companies to create and manage tenders and contracts, as well as negotiate and digitally sign the same with their service providers. Company user will be selecting a particular contract template as per the different categories of contracts. Further if any customization is required then user can also edit the fields which are to be included in this particular contract like contract terms, contract status, contract length, associated dates and contract value. Once a complete contract is drafted, it is then sent to the higher level authority in the organization for approval. Once approved it is then send to the vendor and negotiations begins with the vendor. Here we expect a to and fro of contract between both the parties before they settle to a mutually agreeable point. Brief explanation of the major sections of the application: 1. Contracts creation and finalization: The application will have a dynamic creation of contracts where company user will have an option to select any field names for the contracts as per the contract type. The application will have in-built set of contract templates for each of the contract category from where user can select any. If required, user can also create a contract as per the current requirements if no template fits there. Each contract will be assigned a unique contract ID which will be helpful in identification of the contract and facilitate the next actions to be taken. 2. Negotiation Process: Platform will provide the facility of negotiation between two teams. When both the team member agree all item values, then Contract is termed as final agreement and is stored in the database. Every time a contract is updated, a notification is sent to the higher level authority to approve the changes and accept the same. The contract will not be active if it is not authorized. 3. Document Management: This will allow company users to maintain a log of all the contracts and will ease its management from the managerial level. Tracking will be done for each version of the application which will note that what the changes were, when was it made and from whose account it was done. This will also help in easy auditing of the contract
