-edit sent message
-push notification
-everything encrypted
-Admin center to control accounts
- Admin can access all peoples message / login as them
- admin can customize look for group.
- show when people are online
- good file uploader ( Drag & Drop, Select from Seafile, url)
- be able to transfer files images, docs, etc
-be about to use # and other references similar to slack.

- open source email server to host emails for each users.

You can us any open source solution to solve any feature even if i didn't say and you can suggest alternatives to the ones i did mention. You cannot use any service’s once complete there should be no services needed to be paid. You can use open source software to meet any features.
This is the first phase of the project, if you do well and deliver quality on first phase I will hire you to complete the next one.
This is for a HTML5 client as well as IOS and Android. using Phonegap is ok.
