I constantly have to interview programmers and no matter who I talk with, they tell me how they are professional at everything I need. Until I hire them which is when those lies show up, money and time is wasted. I need a way of testing developers who apply for my jobs using Yii 1.0/2.0, javascript, MySQL, PHP. Something simple yet powerful enough to tell me just how skilled someone actually is and to see how quickly they can resolve issues. I do not work on building web sites, we mostly work on building app which show reports, graphs, historical information.
