build plugin for woocommerce that provides centralized product managment ability in a multi vendor environment

Based on Woocommerce I have a multi vendor setup running. So far all vendors need to enter products by them self. I need a woocommerce plugin that provides kind of a central product database. An Admin or lower role other than a vendor can enter all products. After a vendor has created a shop he can choose products from the central pool and show them in his shop. He will be able to edit pre-defined fields like the price and afterwards only this field is stored separately in the database linked to the vendor. All read-only fields will stay in the original database only. The product description for instance is a read only filed for the vendor. As soon someone changes the description in the pool this change automatically shows up on all vendor shops. Also the vendor should still be able to enter own products.
