The design should integrate the logo (if available) and colour palette (if available) so it will maintain a familiar look to current customers. Homepage The homepage is the face of the site. This will have all the latest and most important info for the site. Homepage consists of below items from top down order. Consist of logo, Primary navigation menus, and Secondary links. ● It will have a slider which will display the latest offer / Special product or new launches. ● Products show case will have all new arrivals / products category listings / Products with offers / etc. ● Space for banners/promotional link can be provided on the Right side column of the homepage. ● Footer with all the links of the site like mini sitemap to access to any page from here. Login ● The regular user name and password route will also be provided for the registered user of the website. ● The “forgot password” option helps in retrieving the password from email Registration ● Users need to register to purchase the products. ● User provides the following details to register. o First Name o Last Name o E-Mail o Telephone o Fax o Company o Address 1 o Address 2 o City o Post Code o Country o Region / State o Password o Password Confirm o Subscribe Coupon Code and Gift Voucher ● The website will include the feature of accepting coupon codes and gift vouchers offers to redeem and give discount to the buyers. ● Discount coupon generated by admin is shown to the user ● If Coupon code is valid it will discount the price for particular user. Social Sharing Users have an option to share the site or a particular product page using social media icons like face book and twitter. Product Listing and Details Page When the visitor selects and category from homepage or from menu, they will be taken to the full product listing page. Once selecting one product, they will be taken to the product details page where they can see all the details, photos etc and place the order and in that page there should be option for continue shopping or to proceed checkout. The details page will have compare feature to compare between products details. My Cart ● Once order is placed the items will be added in the cart page. In the cart page user can remove or add more items until he completes the product selection prices. And on the final checkout it should leads to the billing and payment page. ● My cart section user purchase order details and old history is show. Check out and Billing ● Once the user does checkout for payment he will have to login if he is an existing user, else he needs to go for registration. ● In the billing and payment page it should ask for discount coupon and if the discount coupon code is given by the user, it should validate and reflect the discount amount and gives the final total value. ● After validating the registration, it should take to Payment gateway. The types of Payment gateway that needs to be integrated has to be provided by the client. ● Again after successful payment, it should create a ticket with tracking system. ● After this an invoice has to be generated and the same has to be sent to users email. ● Once the payment is confirmed, it should notify the admin / concerned person responsible for dispatch with order details. ● There should be an option to print the invoice at dispatch section as label or waybill (sticker) ● There should be an option to maintain inward and out ward stock, Consolidated sales (day wise, month wise, year wise), Payments received, paid. ● Once the order is shipped, it should notify the visitor with an email.
