Build cryptomarketscanner

I need to build a web-based cryptomarket scanner, which will be working through exchange's API. You will need to build several exchanges combined API and install it on the server. Minor design is needed. The idea can be understood here -> [login to view URL] , I'd like to have the same logic of the site. With minor benefits, but I need other exchanges. So, the scanner analyzes the order book, when there is a decrease of more than X% it rings you, with link provided to the market (current bid/current ask and daily volume displayed). It's important to be able to select volume filter, exclude coins from the list. As well as, graph representations isn't actually needed, list representation is fine. We will need to combine several exchanges API's (4-5 exchanges). Further details after contact. We need to use websockets, cuz we will have a lot of high-frequency data.
