This project is to use the feeds of [login to view URL] an Australian Odds compilation site to interpret the data feeds and to provide an alert of when there is a significant change in the data. [login to view URL] (Example of what dynamic odds is) this third party software that i am subscribed to has a excel format where the data is being continously updated second by second. I am looking for a software that can use the excel data and alert me in real time if there has been a significant change in the price of a particular runner. I need this software to be updated at least every 2 seconds. and a seperate log that shows all of the significant price changes when they occur Please do not apply if you do not have any understanding of betfair, sportsbetting or odds comparison
