Application web --2

I want creat a web application that can manage a planning for employees, the planning is editable from the front office (html table editable). each cell of table has 2 stats, red, blank, change in left click in right click for each cell open a dropdown menu for choose from options (9h to 19h, 14h30 to 00h, ...) the possibilitie to choose from a calendar the week to display normal users can only view the planning, the teams leaders can edit and creat the plannings for their teams a log to register all edits and .. edit allow only for the next days from today. the previous days from today not editable.
