Admin interface for a survey dashboard

Existing: We have a very simple script that takes data from a survey’s web-service (json format) and outputs it in a dashboard. The dashboard consists of 2 parts: Listing: the result page, it outputs for each survey its URL, Name, Creation Date, expiring date, Total answered, completed, not completed and the Net Promoter Score Counter: The number of surveys Created, active and expired by month The access control is done through .htaccess What we need: We need to modify that script and integrate it in an admin template so it includes the following: Login screen with user or email and password CRUD for Users (only accessible to super admin user) CRUD for groups Access control screen where pages and functions will be associated to users or groups Survey control screen where surveys will be associated to users or groups Survey counter (similar to existing) dashboard page (similar to existing) with detail button-> Detail page for each survey with a list of all questions and responses (comes from webservice) and a couple of statistical graphics (use a free library) Send an email to authorized users when one type of response occurs Technology The existing has been developed in LAMP, but if you want to switch to another technology like Node or Python, we have no problem. We bought Smartadmin template so if you have already worked with it, it will be a plus.
