Add Api and function to website

I need some functions added to vps website 4 pages need to be visible only for user that is logged in and registered redirect to login page if not logged in add function to profile page (need to view it from database and buttons need to be programmed). Keep a timestamp of the date user registered) add ssl to the website, redirect logged in user to dashboard when the type [login to view URL] I need to be able to see (visually) how much active users are on my website. (install ajenti) Prevent duplicate emails from being registered, prevent changing email without confirmation I need this done before the 6/26/17 or I will cancel the project
