I would use Laravel. Register / Login / Reset Password / Logout All of these things can be configured in Laravel almost out of the box. I would use Laravel Socialite package for Facebook login. Usualy there is only one button for Facebook login and registration, the user is always send to Facebook to autheticate there, then his credentials are sent back, if the user is already registered he is redirected to the dashboard, otherwise a new user is created. I would use form validation for registering without FB. View Profiles There would be form validation for all the things you could edit. There would be three tables: user, portfolio, project.
