This will be a large project. We are a dive company with multiple outlets looking to create a POS system that fully incorporates each aspect of our company. Cross departmental common features: Register new customers with details relevant to each department Handle and follow-up stock via deliveries and sales for each departments Precise knowledge of current stock value Get bills from all departments, either individual values or grand total Possibility to keep client credit card details for easier payments/reservations Tracable billing and payments via employees keycards Financial reports and analytics for individual businesses and dive centre departments Easy way to keep a record of employees salaries, assignments and billing tracability CRM Dive centre: Assigning divers to dive boats Boat dive site assignements at multiple times every day e-logbook of visited dive sites for each client Courtesy email to clients one day prior specifying their next dive site and possible crew members and divemasters/instructors short introduction Pre-departure list for the next boat's/next day's divers with details of their equipment Restaurant/Bar: Possibilities of transmitting orders directly to the kitchen Inventory keeping linked to automated alerts for re-ordering Receipe catalogues to have a very precise knowledge and followup on the stock Billing either to a registered guest or to a specific table Every bill could be approved by the customer by inputing his own customer password or signing a printed version of it Hotel: Complete synchronisation with online booking system, whether the room is booked online or by walk-in Room assignments, cleaning schedules, estimated time of departure, etc.
