Develop search engine for web-page

I'm looking for developer, who can help us with our project. I need someone, who can help my friend with it. Specifically, we need developer who can develop a search engine. My friend have already a draft. He has the base of the code and We are at the stage where we can search for one specific thing. But we would like to develop search engine, that can search through our databese of things and than show the result. For example. If somene write to the search engine: 'thing1,thing2 and thing3' , the search engine will show specific products, which contains these required things. And it'll sort them by a relevancy.
