Hi, I am a php, mysql developer and i can do this job for you. as far as i have understood you need a system in which you can input the drivers task and later maybe able to view or search on the input data based on the word document you have mentioned. Is there any other functionality is required, please let me know. also is there any template you have for design or you just need a simple site only with functionality. i will offer you with php,mysql based site which will be protected by password, where users of the site can add the info concurrently and generate a report based on the word document for the driver or even drives can view their assigned receipt on the site. Good day. I have much experience in developing web-applications on different platforms. In your case I would suggest to develop this application on java hosted under apache web-server or javascript using nodejs on server side and HTML+javaScript on client side. It will be web application, and I can create two type of interfaces for desctop computers and mobile devices. So drivers easely can connect to web server via internet, login and input data. As improvement I can suggest to use GPS on mobile device and integration whith google maps to autofill address. Also a can automaticaly calculate elapsed from last checkin time and fill this field two. Employees in the central office will be able to print reports with registered data.

The software will be build on web plaftform, it will accessible through computers and mobile devices, so your client can modify the data using their computer/mobile devices, display the list on tv (connected to computer) in the waiting room (if your client want it), and the vehicle owner can view what will be the jobs in their own mobile device. The details are : Your client point of view : - user login into the system, get the list of the transport jobs in the last 2 days (configurable) sort by the time the drive require on site (or into other sortable information manually) that will be refreshed every 10 minutes or manually - user can add,modify,cancel the transport jobs, with the user creator and update information (name and time) can be viewed - a transport job requires: the drive identity (license plate and name), transportation detail (free text) and the time require on site - a screen that will display only the transport jobs list, that will be refreshed every 10 minutes, if required for waiting room tv display Vehicle owner point of view : - user can login to the system, and view the list of their (upcoming and history) transport job(s) Admin (your client) point of view : - can add/modify/suspend persons who can access the system Optional: I can also manage the hosting for the system with the additional cost 170 USD per year (which we can discuss later via email) Please contact me if you are interested.
