I am a Senior .NET Developer living in Paris, I have read your specifications and i want to realize your application. i have already developed several applications which parse CSV, TXT, XLS, DBF or DAT files and imported all their data into an SQL Database. In my Folio you'ill find for example CSV Importer DB Tool i have developed. I propose you to customize it and add the XML Generator and Upload function. You'll have a Setings menu for the FTP server adress and credentials to use to log on. I can develop it for today. I just need the sample of the dbf fiile, the xml target file sample and i can juse my own ftp server to test the upload function as i already do it in my apps.
