Custom our current wordpress template site

Hi Everybody! We had few changes to make in our wordpress responsive theme layout. We are not interested and make a new template so please don't ask. We will release milestone till the project is 100% completed, so don't insist or bid if you are not agree with this condition. What we need: 1. Image [login to view URL] this is the way we want our menu/sub-menu display on each page, the sub-menu it should display in drop down horizontal view. website: [login to view URL] 2. The images [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] are reference of the each model portfolio, if you see in the link below you will find there 3 TABS (Details, Video, Polaroids) same as our 3 screenshots it should display in the new template, including the font type of the model information. Also in the image "[login to view URL]" this option it should remain the same after the custom. [login to view URL] 3. In image "[login to view URL]" you will see our theme has 5 template pages, in all those templates the new menu it should display, except for the "Gallery portrait" template, that template is assigned to the page link below, so it should remain the same. [login to view URL] 4. in image [login to view URL] is a sample that how the other links it should look after the menu is fixed, as you can see the menu there is on the left side, so the menu it should be in the top and the information display in the center of the page. [login to view URL] 5. The theme is responsive so after the customization it should keep in that way. Note: after the custom we would be able to add news and model portfolios the same way the current theme work and be able to install the theme in multiples wordpress sites without any problem. As you see there is not much to do, most CSS and maybe some php, so we are looking for long term relationship, so we prefer a developer instead team.
