Create a tool on website so users can peittion specific legislators and join a cause

The project would require creating an advocacy tool on the [login to view URL] website. The tool needs to be responsive and can easily integrate with WordPress. The tool would require the ability for users to fill out their name, email and home address which would then auto-fill the information in a petition created that would be sent to their specific legislator in New Jersey. The petition would be as follows: Dear [auto-fill legislator]: I live in [auto-fill town] and I support more school choice options in New Jersey, including the following: • Scholarships for low-income students • More charter schools • Expanded online learning programs • More inter-district choice (Enrolling in public schools located in different towns than my home) • Education savings accounts I hope you share my conviction that school choice will strengthen education for our children and both public and private schools in New Jersey. As your constituent, I'd like to be informed of your views on the important matter.
