Create a tool that allows me to enter 000's/0000's of URL and outputs them with their SimilarWeb.com stats

Hi I already have had a more complex version of this tool built for me in the past. You can see the link to it below. I am happy if you are able to fix that tool rather than build a completely new one. I think you will need to build a new one though, that's fine. I want to be able to enter a list of websites, likely CSV, then run a tool/script that uses multiple IP's (to not get blocked) to return a CSV with the website URL and the Estimated Visits in the engagement. I also need you to ensure the values returned are in number format, for example if a website has 1,200,000 visits it will show them as 1.2M. I need them in a sortable, excel friendly number format. I would like this tool completed ASAP. It must be able to handle large batches. Previous I had it built so that it returned Alexa Rank, SimilarWeb Last month AND last 6 Months traffic. I no longer want/need Alexa Rank. I would still like the 6months of similarweb data. I would like the ability to be able to turn on/off the fetching of the 6 months data. Previously my developer told me that getting the 6-month data took considerably more time. This is Okay as I can leave this running during the night.
