Create a Wordpress Template

Hi! I need a theme for WordPress. This should combine magazine and directory theme at the same time. I want it to look like www dot mindbodygreen dot com (with all the same features, fonts, look, format, lay-out, functionalities, ability for various contributors to write a post, log-in funcionality, ad banners, prompts for signing up for daily or weekly inspirations, etc - SAME as mindbodygreen) PLUS the ability of the following wp theme [login to view URL] Must be modern flat design with all the features this 2 websites have PLUS: create hiperlinks able to sell products (have a basket/payment feature, etc). I want to be able to sell ads and products, and create affiliation hiperlinks too. Is this possible? Everything ready/done so I can just: - add the new posts/contents (me and others) - manage/sell advertisement - manage/send mail newsletter (need help in building the lay-out for this SAME as mindbodygreen, very clean) - manage stats, receive orders/products bought and deliver them/logistics).
