Create WordPress Plugin - Share Button opens in lightbox

I need a Wordpress plugin that does the following: * lightbox is triggered when visitor has viewed the page for x amount of seconds * lightbox is triggered when visitor moves the mouse to the top of the page (starts to close the browser) * in the lightbox there are 4 elements: ** Headline ** FB Share button ** Featured image of the post ** Close lightbox button The first phase of the project is to create this plugin for personal use. Please write "understood" into the bid, so I know that you have red through the description. Please quote for the first phase. If it works out fine, then the next phase is to create a commercial version of the plugin that can be sold. It needs to have different customisation features in the backend of WP. Also licencing system integrated (so each buyer can only uise the plugin on his/her own site). We'll talk about the details later. You need to have lots of experience creating commercial WP plugins. When bidding, please let me know which plugins have you created before.
