Create a Woocommerce Plugin Extension

Hi, I need an expert Wordpress/Woocommerce programmer to develope a small, simple plugin for my website. The plugin you will be creating will need to "extend", or add function to an existing plugin already installed and activated on my website. The newly created plugin will need to "connect" this existing plugin with an unrelated Wordpress/Woocommerce THEME. The theme that I am using is a "marketplace" theme built for WooCommerce. It creates an online shop and a "MONETARY" user balance for each website member. The WooCommerce plugin that I am using also creates a separate (secondary) user balance, but this user balance is a "CREDIT" based system. In short, I need these two separate user balance systems to be "tied" together to create one single balance for each user. So basically I need a NEW plugin that will work side-by-side with the original plugin and theme. Remember, I don't want to customize or replace the original plugin. This job will require a NEW plugin that will extend the existing one. The new plugin will need to draw from both user balances to work properly. It is my hope that this project will be a very simple, basic and easy job for any knowledgeable programmer. I do realize that this project will require examining and discovering how the existing plugin and theme function. So, please only bid on this project if you have an expert working knowledge of Wordpress/WooCommerce code and have experience developing Wordpress plugins.
