Create "Instagram-connect" + Dashboard & back office for an exciting software

We're a start-up company with a working product (python & php); We have a "Smart-Link" that updates automatically, and redirect to different locations, depending on the users' last Instagram post. More details about the product: [login to view URL] Recently Instagram changed their policy, and we need to add some things to our product. 1. Create "Instagram connect" as a mandatory login for our clients. 2. Create a simple dashboard for the clients, from which they can manually override where their smart-link is pointing to. 3. Create an admin dashboard in which: a. We create new users (same as Instagram user names. the ones we create here are the ones that pass the Instagram connect in "1" b. We can manually override where the smart-link is pointing to, for each of our individual clients.
