Convert 3 simple designs to HTML pages

Simple task. I need to convert 3 images below to HTML pages. Exactly as you see on the images. I want to use Bootstrap and Font Awesome. But you can use another things. All designs must be in CSS so I can change everything later. All 3 pages must show exact info on Mobiles, iOS or Android, on all types of browsers, ie Frirefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera,.... I dont need to show on PC. Only on mobile. Image 1: Blue bar on top and bottom have position fixed. Icons in blue bar can be changed to another icon or picture. The content is scroll-able vertically and I should have ability to replace some phone icon with some people picture. Image 2: Blue bar top and bottom are the same as image 1. The icons called "Number 1", "Number 2",... are in a list and can be scroll-able horizontally. The list of icons has more than 15 icons. Image 3: The content is likely a conversation on mobile. I need the design exact as shown on the image.
