Continue building an already made app that convert Text to Image (written in html/css/JS but converted using Ionic)

I have the files of an already made app but the freelancer quite in the middle so it needs to be edited. The app is a text to image converter that functions like following: 1. User read an article online then wants to share it. he press the share button and my app will appear in the list of apps to share with. 2. User choose my app. The app opens to a page that insert the link of the article automatically in the text box. then user press scrap button to scarp the text data from the page source. this scrapping is made using a PHP script (documentation is attached) 3. After scrapping, app goes to Edit page for the user to edit the scrapped text. he can either change the background color, font size, Font color or font style or all of those. 4. After done editing, user press the "Convert to image" button to convert the text to an image using Image4me API. 5. After conversion, user can share the image to all social media apps. When the image is shared, a caption will automatically be provided with the image which will have the following words: “Read More At: *link of the article* ” The app can have the ability to share into multiple social media at the same time where the user can choose the apps he want to share this image to and then it will open those apps and let the user share it. *********App must use img4me API********* Example of a website that function similar to my desired app: [login to view URL] Deadline is after 3 days cuz the whole app is already made its just a matter of adding functions to it
