Contact form7 Condition Logic for submit Button

I had created a form using Contact form 7 [login to view URL] Thing Need to be done 1) All i need is to have a field of Star Rating before the submit button. 2) Have A Condition Logic on Submit button i.e if user select 4 or 5 star rating then on submit the form it should redirected to a specific link other wise user has selected rating less that 4 star then a Default Thank you message/page page should be displayed Further Details will be Discuss on Chat Time Duration : 24hours Budget : 10-20$ USD
