Canot Post Form | Angular.js | Error 404

I have a trouble with my code, the Site works on Angular.js and the submission for the form show Error 404 Cannot POST . I think the $[login to view URL] no have the correct path. However i need a freelancer to fix the problem quickly. I have the SSH access to make this possible.
