CPA script integration HELP

Hello folks! I need some patient man who knows how to integrate CPA script. To be precize, my web site will look like this one (to business) -> [login to view URL] In the begining I will have 5 CPA advertisers (CPALead, Matomy, SuperRewards, CPAGrip and Personaly! So here will be necessary to create 'Offers' page and separated pages for each one, insert or write some .php code, protect the code, integrate POSTBACK for all of them and tested! Later I will need you for integration for the next 5!). This project has three steps: 1. creating a database (for users), registration form and login page. 2. set postbacks for all advertisers and make a special page for them where people will click and collect points. 3rd test. P.S. I have working original CPA lead script (like this one [login to view URL]) and I can send you (because of some .php codes).
