Build an online reservations frontend and backend system

I need a fully customised online reservations system designed for the rental and management of self-catering properties. Requires: - Attractive frontend with full desktop and mobile compatibility. - Must be 100% secure system. - Secure Certificate. - Users must be able to book, edit and pay for bookings entirely online including payment and reservation history, status, and more.
