Build custom web & mobile application framework for my requirement

I am planning an intermediate framework/application on top of back-end API's. My application name : cloud integration analyzer/solution provider framework Required Application : Web Application and Mobile Apps (Android & IPhone) Description: Creating UI with set of fields search and custom search. Admin can add api partner details, set multiple fields with description and same feature need to compare with other API's. Once user press generate the report then need to display features from different partners and graphical representation. Different Logins : Company Admins, Partner Admin, Client Login, User Login Login and Registration options. Registered users should be approved from Company Admins Licensing/Subscription option and payment gateway, SMS gateway integration High Security - Tracking user logging information along with IP, Location, Login Date & Time Calling API's - Sending different request to My Partner API's and display the results to user Admin will add in-build solutions - I mean concept name, description and solution along with required screen shots and this can be displayed based on login user request If user won't found required solution then request for custom solution with complete details about requirement and that will be available in Company Admin Panel Quick Chat Option Total API's - 10
