Build Windows Version software to view Silhouette Cameo Icon Files in Win Explorer

I am a very visual person and just purchased a Silhouette Cameo cutter. A challenge with the software that comes with the machine is that when you go to open a file (of which I have many) all of them appear the same in Windows Explorer...ie: they all have the same icon and are thus VERY difficult to find the file I need without first opening the wrong files over and over until finally locating the design I really needed. There is a simple little program out there that I use that solves this exact problem for my Embroidery Files (see [login to view URL] for that program and all the specs, etc on it. What I'd like is a simple program made that does the same thing with the Silhouette Cameo files. I have NO IDEA the cost or scope of this project, please offer your opinions on getting this completed. Would need to be a FULLY standalone program that can run within Windows operating environments without causing problems within Windows.
