Build a Website

This is a part of website function. Let's say there are users, Parent and Student. After Parent login with their username (look at the insert statement in [login to view URL]), they can send a support letter to their child. Parent can search the student username, and enter subject for letter and content of letter. Once parents click the submit button, the system will store the input values (letterSubject, letterContent, letterReceiver). When Student login, there will be a notification on the menu bar like SUPPORT LETTER (1) depend on the number of letter. When student go to the [login to view URL], the system display the letter. If there is not letter (SUPPORT LETTER (0)), the [login to view URL] shows there is no letter. If there are several letter, students can click the 'NEXT' button to see other letter. And when student clicks the 'DELETE' button, the system will delete the data from the database. I have worked on some part, but I don't know how to store userID on the parent table when parent login. It's important because userID attribute on the letter table is foreign key from the parent table. If there is no value on userID on the letter table, student will not be able to get a specific letter from their parent. Which mean, students will be able to see everyone's letter. I want to hire someone who can complete in a few hours.
