Build an Online Store

The project is a website related to Food services category and should be developed on wordpress platform along with shopping cart. The website is already in it's basic format with the E-Commerce wordpress theme installed. You should be able to customise the wordpress theme as per our specification and requirements. IMP Website Features that we need to include: 1) The site shall include option to place an orders with the specific time lines 2) The site should have option to choose a specific location as per different delivery zones 3) The site should be responsive and should have logic of stock out for the day (if order exceeds for a particular day) 4) The site should have online payment option included in it There are many more important and subtle things should be included in the site. Please apply only if you are confident and can customise the wordpress theme/site as per our requirement. Also, we would like to have a long term contract with the website design/IT person since it's an continuos process and we will be including many more things in future, So we will monthly/quarterly/yearly/contract for regular website updates/development/Support. Once the site is live/designed we would need an Android application as well for the site. So we are looking for a person who can build websites on wordpress and can develop Android application for the same and then provide support a tleast for a year once the site/app is live.
