Build a Drupal Module

Hi, we have gone through the requirement. I am curious is this a drupal commerce or ubercart implementation? Let me give you an idea how we propose to do the job considering this as drupal commerce. Basically we have done the same thing in this website: doitnuevo.com. Here the client had a CSV and he had price ranges based o which he decided the shipping price. Once the ranges were imported we had to further implement that those could be changes and more ranges added. We did this by creating a table and then implementing the shipping cost calculation hook and then querying the correct value from the database. We think we can do this project for you. Hello, We have checked all of your details and understand your point of view and needs. However I do have a few questions : Will there be any Investor Payout Management system ? Will there be any Ticket Based Support system ? When will the service fee be paid to you? As soon as an applicant is hired or when the employer pays the applicant? Will there be any escrow system?
