I need 3 sections: 1. A Job Sheet section where we allocate jobs out, to include option for PDF & image attachments, and when we press "submit" it prints a copy, emails the technician and keeps a record. 2. A codebook section where we store remote control codes in a spreadsheet style graph, to be able to email people the list as a excel file. Alphabetical & Searchable. 3. A Service call section where we have the option to auto schedule a 3, 6, 9, & 12 month service call. to notify us a week in advanced of the scheduled call. (and maybe auto generate a Job Sheet & email the Technician). OPTION: The Databases may be somehow connected so that we can auto populate the fields.

What I am offering you is that, shared access database driven by excel programmed sheet which has the ability to read/write data from/in the access database.
