I have an Expert Advisor for MT4 and the EA is a "Pair trade " strategy. So for example, the EA buy's (long position) SP500 and sells (short position) NASDAQ. The EA can be programmed to trade this pair at different levels and extend the position accordingly. For example, if the difference is 1%, it starts the first trade, when the difference further increases it adds another position. etc. The EA works well and does all it has to do when trading live. But the standard backtest function in MT4 is limited to trade only 1 product...so it can never backtest pairs. I need a program that can backtest pairs and can use the MT4 data.
