I need two vicidialers installed, one with a sound board that I can record as many prompts as I like for people to click and play to sound like my voice. Then I need just one vicidial set up normal to take inbound and outbound calls. The inbound calls will be coming in from over seas agents transferring them from the soundboard vicidial. The sound board has to sound perfect! NO FEEDBACK. I will also need you for an hour after the set up to place the buttons for avatar on the script page where I want them and in what color. Also research that vicidial can be installed remotely on servers. And research how you will install a soundboard and tell me in your quote what soundboard. I what each to be able to handle about 100 agents so let me know what specs are needed.
