Add to cart robot

I am looking for someone to create a "robot" or what us in the sneaker community call a bot. It is a mechanism that follow's online countdowns on sneaker releases, or snags tweets from selected twitter accounts (nike, footlocker, etc.) Then proceeds to add the item to ones cart for checkout. There are also constraints that need to be accounted for, shoe size, quantity, color etc. There are many programs like this being used in the community, I am looking to hire someone to create the best bot out there. Ensuring that I get as many releases as possible. I look forward to discussing this opportunity with someone who possesses this particular skill set.
