Simple site facelift (modification)

i need someone to modify my website shopping cart currently hosted by volusion (please research and sign up for a free trial to find out the extent of its capabilities before bidding if you arent already familiar with the site) The end version will have flash elements (like rotating main page images), our logo and ads, the complete site will look professional and NOTHING like the original template. All ads that are on the site will also be created by you and the final project will include the photoshop layered files (masters) as well as all source code used to implement the changes and the name of the page that the source code goes with.
