I am in the process of setting up an ecommerce website store selling costume jewellery. I will be running Clickcartpro as the engine for the website. This is a very good ecommerce website program. I will supply the website design spec detailing What the pages should look like inc logo design. What links are required on the pages. Pictures of the items for sale. Item desciptions. I need logos, website pages with shopping cart and the instructions to add remove items from the site. Also a way to manage the website orders. I need remittennance and order printing. Can you email me if you are interested in this project? ## Deliverables Here are the Basics about what you will be bidding on. 1. The website is [login to view URL] . 2. It sells costume jewellery over the web. 3. I have an ecommerce application called ClickCartPro which is made by <[login to view URL]>. 4. The ecommerce software has been installed to the website. 5. The ecommerce software requires customization, this requires setup instructions maintaining the system after the site is setup. 6. The website design is after installation of the <[login to view URL]> software, out of the box and has to be totally revamped for the products we are selling. We have ideas for logo design and the general layout of the site. 7. The skin for the site needs to be changed to a "better colour" and layout. You will get ideas from us that you need to design and present once approved this will be the default skin for all pages. 8. Based on our ideas a first attempt for setting up the website needs to be presented and then after us checking it there are likely to be further customisations based on the options for configuration you present us. 9. We need customer account setup, payment gateway, postage options. Maybe others depending on what happens during the implementation, you should advise us on this too at the beginning of undertaking the work. 10. We need to have the order management area of the software switched on and designs for a remittance setup. 11. The remittance sheet will include two sticky labels which can be peeled off one is the customers address which goes on the parcel and the other is our return address ( I have yet to source the labels so this may change to only one label to peel off). 12. I have layouts for the website, however is is subject to change during the initial pilot. 13. I need clear instructions about how to manage the different areas of the ecommerce package. 14. As the stock will change from season to season we need to be able to update the items being displayed on the site and edit their descriptions ourselves. You will need to provide instructions for us to do this. We will test your instructions. 15. There will be a clearance section which will need to go live later in the season to sell off all items. 16. We have a MySQL database. This is website is not meant to take too much of my time. All I want to do is come home, hit a button to generate a email which has an attachment that lists all the remittances (template to be agreed) then I can just pick the item and put it into the post to the customer. Then all I need to do is add remove products and update its stock level after a stock take. Other details 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
