Ruby client for Google Documents List Data API(repost)

Write a Ruby client side module for uploading and deleting documents in Google Docs using the Google Documents List Data API. Model it after the Python, Java and/or dot-net APIs supplied by Google. ## Deliverables You may/should use as models the Python, Java, PHP and/or dot-Net libraries for the Google Data API supplied by Google. The job is merely to implement the same thing in Ruby. The module should: * handle documents, spreadsheets, text and html files up to the Google limits. * use good design and coding style, and be clean, clear and well-commented. * handle user, network and server errors and exceptions. * perform well on speed and memory usage. * include test drivers in Ruby source code. * be well documented for usage and internally with code comments. * work under Windows XP and Linux (Ubuntu). * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Sunday Feb 3, 2008 10:50:45 PM: Note that there is a partial solution for this already begun at... [login to view URL] However, that effort is aimed at several Google APIs, is missing significant functionality for the Google List Data API, which is the target of my project, and is not well documented. Also, it seems to have stopped active development some time ago. It would be acceptable, perhaps even a good idea, to use that code and simply complete the Google List Data part of it. I have a small code fragment which uses that package for some simple tasks. ## Platform Windows XP, Windows Vista, Ubuntu Linux. Standard Ruby distribution, latest stable version (1.8.6 or greater).
