570826 Coming Soon Page (PSD into CSS)

Bidders must be able to start on the project immediately. The description below is simple and accurate so don't bother asking inane questions, I expect the project will take no longer then 1-2 hours for a good programmer. ---------- (step 1) We have designed a "coming soon" splash page. The design is finished. We require the splash page PSD design coded into valid (well written) XHTML / CSS. About the Design The design is your standard "coming soon" page. There is a logo up top, an image in the center and below that is a title with an "enter email form". That's the content. Behind the content is a textured background. Although simple the page itself serves a very important purpose and must be cleanly written, should re-size to fit resolution and yet be compatible with all browsers back to ie6. Making sure everything works and is compatible is super important, extra time must be taken to make sure the page is fully functioning. ( step 2 ) Set up Off the Shelf Email App In addition we will choose an off the shelf, easy to use email list program and you will setup and configure the app (mailchip ?) into the coming soon page so people can "add themselves to our email list". nothing special we will even entertain suggestions for the mail app. Happy Bidding.
