Need a UPS plugin for a Wordpress ecommerce site using Neo Cart. On the checkout page a user needs to put in their zipcode and then have the UPS shipping price added to the total. After that they can click on the paypal link to submit payment. We also need to make an exact duplicate of this site but in Spanish. I will provide the Spanish text.
