Customize Wordpress theme ( for Haxoan )

Change to bring to existing PG Theme - The home page will NOT be the product page. We will do a new home page, with a slideshow of large banner ( 900 px length ). The image will be placed exactly like in the PG theme. We must find a way ( TheThe Plugin ) or a simple editor function to change the image and the order. - On the new home page, under the banner, we will keep : - Same text on the left - Same menu on the rihgt ( Food, Drinks, etc => this menu will have new categories and subcategories, please see below . Food ( in blue and bold ) Pasta / Milk / Candies / ... Drink ( in blue and bold ) Wine / Liquor / Beer etc etc... ( see the details of category below ) - We keep the mosaic JQquery effect, but for the Products Page : the viewer will see it only when it clicks on Products ( which is what we have right now, but that is also the home page and my csutomer prefers to have the banners for the home page ) ( when user will clikc on Sodial logo, they will reach the home page ) - On the Products page, below the JQquery mosaic, we will keep the same mini-menu that we have now and that we will have also under the banner of the home page - The "News" in the menu become "Our Foundation" : as you can see, I tried to change it but then it disappeared from the menu... Can you help me fix this please ? - I will need to add new categories and create subcategories as well. 1 is for main category ( when user clicks on this , he see a gallery page with all the products under this main category ) 2 is for subcategory ( when user clicks on subcategory, he sees a gallery page of products that are under this subcategories ) Food (1) > Pasta (2) / Milk (2) / Candies (2) / Biscuits (2) / Dairies (2) / Chocolate (2) / Coffee (2) > Drink (1) > Juices (2) / Wine (2) / Beer (2) / Energy Drink (2) / Liquor (2) Private Labels (1) > Bobebe (product ) / Lia ( Product ) / Vita ( products ) / Delta ( products ) International Representation (1) > Evian ( Product ) / Elle et Vire ( product ) / Volvic ( prodcuts ) Household Care (1) > Personal Care (1) > Infant Product (1) > - When we see a gallery page, the text under the picture of the product has to be centered ( currently left aligned ) - My customer wants to remove the link to a detailed product page. For Example : when the user sees the gallery of all products within the Pasta category, then he will not be able to click on the detailed page for each product. Except for Private Labels and International Representation, or the products under private label category and international representation will have nice detailed products page, like in PG ( with featured image )
