Application that will run from my desktop.? It will download a? data from a web site? such as <[login to view URL]>? and parse all the data into a spreadsheet.? It will then pull data from another web site ([login to view URL]) and enter the address and parse info from the resulting web sute (such as <[login to view URL]>) into the spread sheet (csv).? Also will cross the address on [login to view URL] address look up.? The data will be displayed for the user to make manual modifications to the records, delete records, ... in either spreadsheet form or in a user friendly form to be? modified by a user.? Options to remove middle initials from names will be present.? Once data has been reviewed, data will be uploaded to a webform.? This may be daily, or a few days of download may be accumulated before edit and upload will occur.? User will specify several webforms addresses and and individual records will be uploaded to a specific form.

I did not want to accept a bid until I gave you a detailed description of what I needed, and it just took me longer than I expected. Please see the file that I just attached to the job and make sure that your initial bid based on my initial summary is acceptible for the my detailed description.
