Auto downloading

THis projects deal with mirc scripting and torrents. I have autodwnload scripts from mirc for each torrent site i am on. each site has its own scrip.t this is the problem. site 1 will start downloading the torrent site 2 will start downloading the torrent a few seconds later this is not good because it eats up my download credits for two sites. so what i did was i set my torrent client to allow 1 download a time. now this is the problem. lets say torrent from site 1 is at 7% when site 2 torrent gets loaded. the torent will do a check of how much percent its complete. it will go on que and when site 1 finishes this will start downloading from that percent. Thats not good because its already downloaded and completed. I was wodnering if i can somehow combine the autodownload scirpts to work togehter. or write a script that can have mirc interact with utorrent so it only loads the torrent from site 2 after site 1 has 100% finished downloading.
