ZOO Elements Yootheme expert needed

I need a Joomla, ZOO, Yootheme and PHP expert for Joomla website customization. You need to be able to create custom ZOO elements and change existing ones to match what I need. Since, I don't have a plan I want things completed as I go. I am looking for someone that can provide assistance by the hour. I will tell you what I need and you give me a quote in hours. For example I give you a task and you will quote 3h at $15 per hour = $45 I will post a project here for you with $45 This is a long term arrangement for the right person.
