website designer needed

we need a website designer to change psd design for a website to html pages should have the following skills: 1- change psd file (home page design)to html 2- create template using dreamweaver 3- create style sheets css 4- create all inside pages as html 5- must be tidy and clean design of inside pages 6- must know how to use dreamweaver 7- be able to use and add java scripts as requested 8- No need for programming, database craetion or anything like that - only the design pages in html 9- must keep editing until we are satisfied 110- you must show us previous work that is yours - we check your references, so please be honest. Bonus extras: 1- if you can also create websites in arabic language, this will be an added bonus 2- if you know php and mysql will definetly be a bonus as well a small test website will be given to the winner, if the work is satisfying, there will be many more projects. the website is as follows: 1- home page 2- photo albums - each album can contain many images (using java script - maybe lightbox or a similar script that the designer can suggest) 3- contact us page if u have design and layout skills, as well as html and dreamweaver skills, then you are welcome to bid.
