New Crowd Funding Website development.

Hello, We are a new crowd funding company in early startup phase and we now require a website platform built. We are seeking a programmer to create the functional aspects of the site and then integrate them with the aesthetic layout that our graphic designers provide. While we are in startup we are not looking to "re-invent the wheel" and so the features found on many of the current popular crowdfunding sites will serve as a guide of what we are looking for. The site must include an Admin area, Project creation area, Funding Area, be fully capable of linking with social networking sites, allow email collection, blog integration as well as other details that will be discussed with the awarded designer. please provide/advise on your ability and experience with using CMS (as we will likely be making a few tweaks our selves and this will make it much easier) as well as any similar or relevant sights that you have created in the past that showcase your skills. above is a rough outline of what is required further clarification and questions are welcome in PM thank you in advance, we look forward to working with the successful bidder.
