Jobseeker/Employer Account Revisions

Jobseeker/Employer Account Revisions I am in need of revisions/changes to the existing jobseeker & Employer accounts on my site as well as setting up the payment option with PayPal for employers to pay for their job listings and view resumes. I also need some minor clean-up done on the site for issues/errors left behind by previous freelancer. A much larger project and possibly two (2) will be following after this project is completed. JOBSEEKER: Revise/change jobseeker account pages (after login) including; - Personnal Profile (Name, address, city/town) - Employment Profile (Job Role/Location Options) - Preferences (Job Alerts, Notices, etc.) - Resume (ability to upload resumes) - Option to create a "Portfolio" to upload pictures, documents, video, drawings etc. - Saved Jobs/Saved Applications EMPLOYER: Revise/change employer account pages (after login) including; - Employer Profile (Company name, address, city/town etc, logo, company description); - Create/Post a Job Listing (with payment options for PayPal) - Change the Job Posting Design/Layout template to include a proper HTML editor - Search/View Resumes (with payment option) - Save Resumes - Option to select "Employer", Recruitment Agency" and a College/Institution" designation *There may be additional revisions made to ensure the navigation of the employer/jobseeker accounts flow properly with other sections of the site. Designs: All designs for the pages will be provided in either PSD/JPG formats. Budget: the budget for these revisions is between $300 to $400 Timeframe: Two (2) weeks (This timeframe must be met) as I will then be moving immediately to a larger project with my site.
